Q: Are the watches you offer new?

A: Yes. Every watch that we offer you is brand new.

Q: Are the watches that you supply genuine?

A: Yes. All of our watches are supplied to us either directly from the manufacturer or through authorised channels.

Q: I want to buy a watch as a gift. What if the person I am buying for does not like it?

A: We allow you 14 days to return the watch for a full refund. However, if you are in a situation where this is not practicle for you, give us a call before ordering and we will see if there is anyway that we can make the purchase possible.

Q: Do your watches arrive boxed?

A: Yes. All of our watches are supplied in their manufacturers presentation boxes.

Q: Are payments made to you secure?

A: Yes. Payments made via HSBC or PayPal use their secure servers to encrypt your payment details.

Q: How do you manage to reduce your prices by so much?

A: Simple. We do not have the same overhead costs that the shops on the high street do. Therefore, we are able to pass those savings on to you.

Q: Do you supply replacement watch batteries?

A: Yes. You can find your battery by clicking watch batteries here or in the menu on the left.
