I recently purchased a G-Shock watch from your website, having found it by searching through Google. I was unsure of what service to expect, not knowing the company, but the prices were great so I went ahead and ordered (o/n RH88BT********) on Tuesday night. I expected maybe up to a week for delivery (which is FREE!!), however the next morning I recieved an email from yourself 'apologising' in case it wasn't there next day before noon!!

And then this morning the watch arrived at 9.15am!! Perfect condition, warranty card filled in, no hassle. I'd just like to say that this is probably the best service I have recieved from any shop, never mind an online order, in a very long time!! Thank you for supplying the watch with such a short delay, and I will have no problems with recommending your service to other people!! Once again, thankyou

Wow - what an amazing service!

I ordered my watch first thing on Monday - Watches1st were the cheapest supplier for my chosen make and model. By 9:30am the same day I had received email confirmation of my order and at 3pm I opened another message telling me that my parcel had been despatched. It didn't matter that I wasn't at home to receive my parcel the following morning. The parcel had been despatched by special delivery, so I was left a card and I was able to retrieve my watch from the depot on the way to work Wednesday morning. The watch was well packaged, arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I ordered - good work!
