Delivery of your order

We take fast, safe delivery of your new watch very seriously. It is for this reason that every watch ordered before 2.00pm between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day.

All orders totalling £40.00 or more qualify for deliverey to you the following day by either Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service or UPS' Next day delivery service. Please choose 'Expedited Next Day Delivery' at the checkout if you require the fastest possible delivery service. Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service guarantees delivery by 1.00pm the following day, while UPS' Next day service is delivered between 9am and 5pm.

We will email you the tracking details of your order on the day the item/s are sent. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the watch will be taken to your local depot. You can also re-arrange a delivery with Royal Mail by either telephoning them or on their website, while UPS will automatically attempt re-delivery the following working day.

Orders totalling less than £40.00 are also delivered for free within the United Kingdom. However, these orders are sent by standard delivery which will take between 1 and 4 working days to arrive. You will have the option to upgrade to the next day delivery service at the checkout if the delivery is urgent.

There is also a small additional fee if we are delivering outside of the United Kingdom and your order is below £75.00. Delivery to non-United Kingdom addresses for orders of £75.00 or more are free however. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are, so please allow between two and six working days for delivery.

Returning your order

Should you decide to return your watch to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the watch provided it is in fully re-saleable condition and in original, undamaged packaging. We allow you 30 days from the delivery date to return the watch back to us for a full refund or exchange as required.
