WR, 30M, or 3 ATM = Suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant. NOT suitable for swimming, snorkeling, water related work and fishing.

50M or 5 ATM = Suitable for swimming, white water rafting, no snorkeling water related work, and fishing.

100M or 10 ATM = Suitable for recreational surfing, swimming, snorkeling, sailing and water sports.

200M or 20 ATM = Suitable for professional marine activity and serious surface water sports. However, NOT suitable for diving.

Diver's 100M = Minimum ISO standard (ISO 6425) for scuba diving at depths NOT suitable for saturation diving.
